3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered
- The product is completely non-functional and no fix is provided
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Discord Access
If your purchase includes access to a Discord server:
- No refunds will be issued once access is granted
- Access may be revoked if rules are violated
- Violations do not qualify for a refund
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:
- Permanent ban from our services
- Revocation of access to all products
